Coronavirus (COVID-19) Hospitalization by Country provides data on the number of COVID-19 patients in the hospital on a given day. It is sourced from the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), who provide these statistics only for a select number of European countries, the government of the United Kingdom, the Department of Health & Human Services for the United States, the COVID-19 Tracker for Canada, and the Ministry of Health for Israel.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Testing is a global dataset on COVID-19 testing. Some countries report the number of people tested, while others report the number of tests (which can be higher if the same person is tested more than once). And other countries report their testing data in a way that leaves it unclear what the test count refers to exactly. The indicators in this report represent the countries that report the number of tests performed.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccinations Data tracks data around the distribution and administration of COVID-19 vaccines around the world.

First shared on January 22, 2020, the Coronavirus Tracker tracks the progression of Coronavirus (also known as 2019-nCoV or COVID 19) across the world. COVID 19 was first detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019. On January 13, 2020 Thailand reported the first international case outside China, while the first cases within China, but outside of Wuhan were reported on January 19, in Guangdong and Beijing. Since then, the virus spread across the world.

The COVID-19 Situation in Italy, updated daily by the Italian Ministry of Health, provides detailed statistics about the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, including numbers of tests taken, cases, hospitalizations and deaths.

EPA partners with more than 50 data contributors from various government agencies, academic institutions, and other organizations to compile a key set of indicators related to the causes and effects of climate change. CDC reports aggregate counts of COVID-19 cases and death numbers daily online. Data on the COVID-19 website and CDC’s COVID Data Tracker are based on these most recent numbers reported by states, territories, and other jurisdictions. This data set of “United States COVID-19 Cases and Deaths by State over Time” combines this information. However, data are dependent on jurisdictions’ timely and accurate reporting.

This time series dataset includes viral COVID-19 laboratory test [Polymerase chain reaction (PCR)] results from over 1,000 U.S. laboratories and testing locations including commercial and reference laboratories, public health laboratories, hospital laboratories, and other testing locations. Data are reported to state and jurisdictional health departments in accordance with applicable state or local law and in accordance with the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Data presented here is representative of diagnostic specimens being tested - not individual people - and excludes serology tests where possible. Data presented might not represent the most current counts for the most recent 3 days due to the time it takes to report testing information. The data may also not include results from all potential testing sites within the jurisdiction (e.g., non-laboratory or point of care test sites) and therefore reflect the majority, but not all, of COVID-19 testing being conducted in the United States.

COVID-19 Reported Patient Impact and Hospital Capacity by State Timeseries provides state-aggregated data for hospital utilization in a timeseries format dating back to January 1, 2020. These are derived from reports with facility-level granularity across three main sources: (1) HHS TeleTracking, (2) reporting provided directly to HHS Protect by state/territorial health departments on behalf of their healthcare facilities and (3) National Healthcare Safety Network (before July 15).
