NVR, Inc. is engaged in the business of homebuilding and mortgage banking services. The company operates through two business segments: Homebuilding and Mortgage Banking. The Homebuilding segment primarily constructs and sells single-family detached homes, townhomes and condominium buildings under four trade names: Ryan Homes, NVHomes, Fox Ridge Homes, and Rymarc Homes. The Mortgage Banking segment is a regional mortgage banking operation, which provides mortgage related services to the company's homebuilding customers. This segment also provides variety of financing programs, while settlement and title services through NVR Settlement Services. NVR was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Reston, Virginia.
