Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to track the performance of Real Estate Investment Trusts ("REITs") that derive the majority of their revenues from states that voted for or carried a republican presidential candidate. The fund is non-diversified. |
