| The ET has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats CAD Hedged Index (the Index), net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, the ETF will primarily invest in securities of one or more ETFs that are listed on a recognized Canadian or U.S. stock exchange and managed by BlackRock or an affiliate and/or U.S. equity securities. The Index is designed to measure the performance of the Dividend Aristocrats stocks of the S&P Composite 1500 Index that have increased dividends every year for at least 20 consecutive years and is hedged to Canadian dollars. |
