FAQ

Q: What is the difference between a watchlist and other security lists (ie model portfolio holdings list)?

  • A: A watchlist will be static and will only change with manual inputs, while the security lists will change dynamically within their respective tool.

Q: How do I delete a watchlist?

  • A: You can delete one by hovering over 'tools' ->  click on 'Watchlists' -> press the 'three dots' on the right hand side of the desired watchlist -> Click 'Delete'

Q: How many dashboards can I have?

  • A: The limit is 8 dashboards

Q: When are the performance numbers 'as of' for the heatmap module?

  • A: Those return figures will be as of last market close. Keep in mind that the performance figures over 1 year will be annualized

Q: Why am I seeing a 'No Data Available' message on the heatmap module?

  • A: It means that there is no data for the specified metric you listed for either the entire list or certain securities in the list

Q: How come not all my securities are showing up in the heatmap module?

  • A: You have to expand the module by dragging the bottom right corner of the module (that gray triangle) to show more of the holdings
