The Annual and General Meeting of the shareholders (the 'Meeting') of TAT Technologies Ltd. (the 'Company') was held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Israel time, at the offices of Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co., Advocates, located at 5 Tuval Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel.

At the Meeting, all proposals set forth in the Company's proxy statement sent in connection with the meeting and furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 22, 2017 (the 'Proxy Statement'), were approved by the required majority, in accordance with the Israeli Companies Law 5759-1999.

TAT's activities in the area of MRO services for aviation components include the MRO of APUs, landing gears and other aircraft components. TAT's Piedmont subsidiary operates an FAA-certified repair station, which provides aircraft component MRO services for airlines, air cargo carriers, maintenance service centers and the military.

TAT's activities in the area of overhaul and coating of jet engine components includes the overhaul and coating of jet engine components, including turbine vanes and blades, fan blades, variable inlet guide vanes and afterburner flaps.
