Second Ordinary Tariff Revision of Sabesp - New Timeline
SAO PAULO, Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp ("Company" or "Sabesp"), pursuant to the provisions of Article 157, Paragraph 4 of Law No. 6.404/76 and the provisions of CVM Instruction No. 358/02, announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that on October 2nd, 2017 the Regulatory Agency for Sanitation and Energy of the State of São Paulo (ARSESP - Agência Reguladora de Saneamento e Energia do Estado de São Paulo), published the Resolution nº 751 with the new timeline for the remaining stages of Sabesp's 2nd Tariff Revision, as below:

The Preliminary Maximum Average Tariff (Preliminary Tariff P0) will be disclosed and authorized up until October 10, 2017 and applied pursuant to Article 39 of Law 11445/2007.
The Final Maximum Average Tariff (Final Tariff P0) will be disclosed and authorized up until April 10, 2018.
