Based in London, Clinton leads Protiviti's international business, covering all geographies outside North America, which includes operations in more than 20 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and South America. His mission is to enable Protiviti to serve global clients with needs throughout the world. Prior to joining Protiviti in 2007, Clinton was a partner at a Big Four firm where among other roles he was a member of the Financial Services Consulting Executive with responsibility for the corporate and investment banking and investment management consulting business.

"Andy has been instrumental in driving the globalization of Protiviti," said Joseph Tarantino, president and CEO of Protiviti. "Under his leadership, Protiviti consultants around the world work together to provide consistent and seamless service to our global clients. Andy's appreciation of cultural differences, and an ability to align people's motivations to a common global purpose, benefits both our clients and our people."

Clinton has also championed the firm's global mobility program, which enables sharing employee talent across countries and leveraging Protiviti's unique culture. The program benefits the firm and its clients as it supports employees' interests in pursuing different types of opportunities at different points in their careers and lives.

Clinton holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in economics from the University of Exeter (U.K.).

The Global Leaders in Consulting award was previously awarded to Protiviti Managing Director Phillip Fretwell in 2017, which was the award's inaugural year. Protiviti was also recognized recently as one of Consulting magazine's 2018 Best Firms to Work For.

The 2018 Global Leaders in Consulting honorees will be celebrated at an awards dinner on December 6, 2018 in London, U.K. Profiles of the winners will be published in the January 2019 edition of Consulting magazine.
