Univar and Colonial Chemical Establish Personal Care and Home Care Applications Distribution Agreement
LONDON, June 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Univar Inc. (NYSE: UNVR) ("Univar"), a global chemical and ingredient distributor and provider of value-added services, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Univar B.V., has reached a new distribution agreement with Colonial Chemical's beauty, personal care and household divisions. The agreement will expand Univar's surfactant portfolio as well as its ability to offer products derived from renewable ingredients.
