AmeriServ Financial, Inc. Announces Quarterly Common Stock Cash Dividend

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., July 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- AmeriServ Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASRV) announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.02 per share quarterly common stock cash dividend.  The cash dividend is payable August 20, 2018 to shareholders of record on August 6, 2018.  This cash dividend represents a 1.88% annualized yield using the July 19, 2018 closing common stock price of $4.25 and represents an approximate payout ratio of 20% based upon the Company's recently reported second quarter 2018 earnings per share of $0.10.
