Senator Paul Kirk to Retire from Cedar Realty Trust Board

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Feb. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CDR) ("Cedar" or the "Company") today announced that Paul G. Kirk, Jr. has advised that he will retire from the Company's Board of Directors effective at the Company's 2018 Annual Meeting. Senator Kirk served as a director from 2005 to September 2009, when he resigned to accept appointment as a United States Senator for Massachusetts to succeed the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy. At the conclusion of his Senate term, Senator Kirk was subsequently re-elected to the Cedar Board in June 2010.
