GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Sept. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Simec, S.A.B. de C.V. (Simec), report to all the investor public that the steelworks plant, located in Apizaco, Tlaxcala, is operating partially due a partial and temporary closure by the Attorney Federal of the Environment Protection. We consider that said partial and temporary closure do not will affect the operations, the results, and the compromises with our customers. It should be mentioned we working at 100% in the rolling area of that plant and another one's plants located in Guadalajara, Jalisco; Mexicali, Baja California; San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí; United States of America and Brazil, operate normally.

The Company expect the procedure to lift the partial and temporary closing of the steelworks located in Apizaco, Tlaxcala solve it in the course of the next week from September 18th to 22th of this year in progress.
