("Navigator") (NYSE: NVGS), the owner and operator of the world's largest fleet of handysize liquefied gas carriers, announced today that it will release its results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2020 after markets close in New York on Thursday, March 18, 2021.

On Friday, March 19, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. ET, the Company's management team will host a conference call to discuss the financial results.
