Extra Space Storage Inc. Announces 3rd Quarter 2021 Dividend

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Extra Space Storage Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: EXR) announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on the common stock of the Company for the third quarter 2021, a 25% increase from the previous quarter.  The dividend is payable on September 30, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2021.
