NAPCO Security Technologies Announces Large Purchase Order From School District in Chula Vista, CA

AMITYVILLE, N.Y., Aug. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSSC) one of the world's leading solutions providers and manufacturers of high tech electronic intrusion security, IoT connected home, video and fire systems, as well as enterprise-class access control and door locking products, announced today that a school district in Chula Vista, California will be installing Trilogy Networx wireless locks in the schools throughout the district. This large school district has grown to more than 42,000 students and more than 32,000 adult learners. The district's 32 campuses are located in various cities throughout San Diego County. 

Recently an order was placed for over 175 Trilogy Networx locks, which are made by NAPCO's Alarm Lock division, and the installation is currently ongoing. Trilogy Networx Locks communicate wirelessly via Ethernet or 802.11B/G for a comprehensive wireless networked door access control system. Trilogy locks eliminate the need for door-to-door programming and audit trail retrieval and provide standalone lock functionality plus network-wide global emergency lockdown/unlock commands. This school district has previously used Trilogy locks for other projects that have been completed in the district's schools, and the latest order reaffirms the positive experience while using these locks.
