The meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. PT at the company's headquarters, located at 3888 Calle Fortunada, San Diego, CA 92123. Pursuant to the Company's bylaws, the deadline for properly presented stockholder proposals, including director nominations, is March 16, 2018. Shareholders of record as of March 23, 2018, will be entitled to notice of, and to attend and vote at, the annual meeting.
