CLEARWATER, Fla., May 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Tech Data (NASDAQ: TECD) today announced the following information regarding the release of its first quarter fiscal year 2019 results and the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

First Quarter Fiscal Year 2019 results:

  • Thursday, May 31, 2018 – Tech Data will announce its first quarter fiscal year 2019 results before the market opens and will host an investor conference call and webcast at 9:00 a.m. ET.
                         
    The live conference call will be available by dialing 877-407-3980 from the U.S. or 201-689-8475 from outside the U.S. The earnings press release and supporting materials, as well as a link to an audio webcast of the conference call, will be available at www.techdata.com/investor.
