On May 3, 2019, the Company disclosed that ''Practice Fusion, acquired by Allscripts on February 13, 2018, received in March 2017 a request for documents and information from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Vermont'' pursuant to a civil investigative demand, and that ''[i]n March 2019, Practice Fusion received a grand jury subpoena in connection with a related criminal investigation.''
