InfuSystems disclosed that it's "Audit Committee believes that material adjustments to the Financial Statements are required and that the Company will need to restate the Financial Statements." On this news, shares of InfuSystems fell $1.00 per share or over 38% to close at $1.60 per share on November 7, 2016.
