(NYSE: INN) (the "Company") today announced that its newly-developed Hyatt House Across From Orlando Universal Resort™ was the recipient of the 2018 Opening Hotel Performance Award by Hyatt.  The annual award recognizes an opening hotel sales team that delivered outstanding performance during the opening process for their hotel.  Criteria for the award is based on the shortest time period to achieve 100+ RevPAR Index and the length of time maintained for hotels open for less than 24 months.  The hotel achieved an impressive RevPAR Index of 101.1 in its first month being open and has since achieved an average RevPAR Index of 120.5, highlighted by a 137.4 RevPAR Index in January 2019.
