HOUSTON, Feb. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN: AE) ("Adams" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.22 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2018, payable on March 22, 2019 to shareholders of record as of close of business on March 8, 2019.
