Mill City Ventures announces first ever dividend

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Mill City Ventures III, Ltd. (OTCQB: MCVT) today announced that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on or about March 19, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2019.
