For the seventh year in a row, United Airlines ranks as one of the best places to work for LGBTQ equality on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index

CHICAGO, Nov. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- A commitment to authenticity and inclusion is a core value at United Airlines, cultivating a workplace where people of all walks of life can thrive as they help connect customers to world. This commitment has earned the company its seventh consecutive perfect 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and a spot on the organization's list of "Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality."

The airline offers several programs that promote LGBTQ inclusion and awareness. For example, United sponsors an LGBTQ-focused business resource group, EQUAL, which provides ongoing networking, advocacy and outreach opportunities for its members, and consults with senior leadership on issues of equality.
