CI Financial reports assets under management for May 2019
TORONTO, June 3, 2019 /CNW/ - CI Financial Corp. ("CI") (TSX: CIX) today reported preliminary assets under management at May 31, 2019 of $128.7 billion and total assets of $174.3 billion.
Assets under management decreased by 3.1% in the month of May. CI's average assets under management for the quarter-to-date were $131.7 billion, an increase of 2.2%, or $2.8 billion versus $128.9 billion for the first quarter of 2019.
CI reported assets under advisement of $45.6 billion at May 31, 2019. This includes assets at Assante Wealth Management (Canada) Ltd., Stonegate Private Counsel and since January 2019, WealthBar Financial Services Inc. These assets decreased 2.4% in the month of May and increased 5.3% year over year.
