John Hancock Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund Notice to Shareholders - Sources of Distribution Under Section 19(a)

BOSTON, June 28, 2019 /CNW/ - John Hancock Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (NYSE: HTD) (the "Fund"), a closed-end fund managed by John Hancock Investment Management (US) LLC and subadvised by both Manulife Investment Management (US) LLC, and Wells Capital Management, Inc. announced today sources of its monthly distribution of $0.1380 per share paid to all shareholders of record as of June 13, 2019, pursuant to the Fund's managed distribution plan. This press release is issued as required by an exemptive order granted to the Fund by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
