Indonesia is an archipelago in Southeast Asia and is the largest economy in the region. It is a member of the G20 countries and has an emerging market economy in which the government plays a large role by owning over 164 enterprises and sets prices for various goods such as fuel, rice, and electricity. Indonesia has a nominal GDP of $846 billion, placing it at 16th in the world.
