MSCI ESG Social Score

For Stocks:
The Overall ESG Social Score represents either the Intangible Value Assessment (IVA) Social Pillar Score or Government Rating Social Pillar Score of the issuer. The score indicates how well an issuer manages its social issues. Score ranges from lowest 0 - 10 highest.

For ETFs/Mutual Funds:
A fund’s Social Score (lowest 0 - 10 highest) measures holdings’ management of and exposure to key social risks and opportunities.

For Model Portfolios:
A model portfolio's Social Score (lowest 0 - 10 highest) measures its holdings’ management of and exposure to key ESG risks and opportunities. This is calculated by finding the weighted mean of the holdings' Social Score with the current weights that have available data coverage. There's a 65% data coverage threshold requirement for the data point's calculation.
