Antidilutionary Stock Buybacks are stock buybacks undertaken with the purposes of balancing of other dilutionary activities (stock issuance, options issuance, etc.)

Formula

= [((Ordinary Shares Number Current - Ordinary Shares Number previous period) + (Net Common Equity Issued * -1 / Average Stock Price)) x Average Stock Price] x -1

This is calculated quarterly.
