Titanium Metals Corporation, founded in 1950, is a leading manufacturer of titanium-based metals products, focusing primarily on the aerospace industry. The company's business consists of one reportable segment: Titanium melted and mill products, which offers titanium sponge, melted products include ingot, electrode and slab and mill products include billet, bar, plate, sheet and strip for commercial aerospace, military, industrial and other applications. Its major U.S. operations are based in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, Henderson, Nevada, Vallejo, California and Toronto, Ohio. Its overseas operations are primarily based in the United Kingdom and France. The company's current headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas.
