In July 2010, it sold Gilroy Foods & Flavors Gilroy Foods & Flavorstm dehydrated garlic, onion, capsicum and Controlled Moisture , GardenFrost, Redi-Made , and fresh vegetable operations. In May 2011, the Company completed the sale of the assets of its frozen handhelds operations. In June 2011, ConAgra Foods purchased the Marie Callender’s brand trademark from Marie Callender Pie Shops, Inc. In November 2011, the Company acquired additional interest in Agro Tech Foods Limited (ATFL). In December 2011, the Company acquired National Pretzel Company. The company was founded in 1919 and is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska.
